ABOUT THE OWNER
Jeff’s insurance career started in 1994. He began working with businesses by Implementing services and products provided by large multinational Corporations. Within a short time, Jeff was recruited by a regional full-service employee benefits firm to work in their Fort Wayne office. In this position, Jeff was to grow the existing book by adding ancillary benefits to their current group of clients and adding new clients with all lines of coverage.
In 2000 the regional firm Jeff was working for was acquired by the then 26th largest agency in the country. Staying for 5 more years Jeff continued to work with employers to help them manage their employee benefits while continuing to grow his book of business.
Mid 2006 Jeff went to work for a TPA, (third part administrator). While there Jeff was responsible for working with brokers and employers promoting the services of the TPA. Helping employers understand their Plan Sponsor responsibilities and bringing risk mitigation ideas to the table created an environment of cost reductions for many employer groups.
In 2011 Jeff decided it was time to open his own agency. Jeff has built his career on building relationships with his clients and providing exceptional service. Jeff believes service is what sets him apart.

Transforming Communities, One Life At A Time
Knowing the impact that claims have on health plans and understanding his own health needed attention, June 23, 2021 Jeff started on a health journey of his own that has led him to become a Certified Independent Optavia Health Coach. Knowing he needed to make a change, Jeff proceeded to transform his health and his life while losing over 100 pounds. Along the way people started noticing Jeff’s transformation and have started their own journey with his guidance. The program that Jeff help’s people with is about getting healthy; physically, mentally and spiritually but I must caution you it does contain one side effect…people lose weight along the way, some more than others. There are countless stories of people getting medical conditions under control and some even getting off medication and or reversing their conditions. The potential for people to transform their life is unlimited once they understand their own reason why they want to do it. Jeff likes to say he is “Transforming communities, one life at a time”. There comes a time when you know a change needs to be made and you are tired of telling yourself you’ll start tomorrow. Taking charge and having a coach that cares walking alongside you helps with the journey.
